Since 2016, Crestwood-Sunset Hills and Kirkwood-Des Peres Area Chambers have hosted an annual economic conference. This year, Affton, Brentwood, Chesterfield, Maplewood/Richmond Heights, Midwest Veterans and Webster Groves/Shrewsbury/Rock Hill Area Chambers of Commerce will join us to present the 4th Annual Mid-County Area Chambers of Commerce Economic Outlook Breakfast, Thursday, 10/24/19 at Sunset Country Club. With a combined membership of 2200+, 1600+ businesses, and four County Council Districts (3, 5, 6 and 7), common economic issues will be amplified.
At this year’s event Sam Page, M.D., St. Louis County Executive, will provide the keynote address, followed by a panel of economic leaders speaking on key components driving and encouraging Regional economic growth. Panelists include Rodney Crim, Interim CEO, St. Louis Economic Partnership, Derek Grier, MO State Rep and Chair, House Workforce Development Committee, and Juli Niemann, EVP, Smith Moore. Carol Daniel, long-time KMOX radio host, will emcee.
As in previous years, attendees will include business, civic, legislative, and municipal leaders representing critical industries and related economic sectors in the Region. The 2019 Mid-County Area Chambers Economic Outlook Breakfast provides the opportunity for sponsors to meet with Chamber members creating and contributing to the economic significance of the Mid-County Region.
