Quarterly Direct Mailer - April 2018 Mailing

Event Description
Greetings Members,

As part of the 2018 Chamber Promotions plan, the board discussed the possibility of doing a direct mailer for our community.  After the March board meeting, it was decided we would do a mailer for this spring.  This mailer is 'members only' and will reach over 5,600 households in Benton & West City and some Christopher residents.  They will be mailed out in late April to avoid political mailers to achieve maximum exposure.  If this program is successful, this will be a quarterly project for our chamber. 

The front of this mailer will feature the Rend Lake Water Festival and contain 4 single space ads.  The back will feature 12 single ads.
  • Ads can be combined into larger spaces.
  • ​Ads can feature your business, contain coupons, or spotlight an upcoming event.
Artwork details.
  • Single Ad Space: 1.83in height x 2.75in wide
  • Camera ready artwork needs to be provided.
  • Ads must be reserved by March 31, artwork is due April 12th.
  • ​Ads must be paid for prior to printing/mailing.
