OUT DOOR EVENT
We will not allow any booths that are not family friendly.  Please nothing that is controversial, obscene or in poor taste. Keep in mind that this is a Family event.
Rend Lake Water Festival Vendor Fair is rain or shine.
Tables and tents will not be furnished you must bring your own tables and tents. 
Set up will begin at 8:00 am on Saturday May 6th, 2023  
Fair will be from 12:00pm - 4:00pm Saturday May 6th, 2023
211 N. Main Street
Booth Rentals are non-refundable
$25 for a 20X20 space - Vendor.  one day event located at 211 N. Main Street (Saturday May 6th)
$100 for 20X30 space - Food - two day event located at Capital Park on the Square (Friday May 5th 5-9 and Saturday May 6th 10 -4 )
Food Vendors are required to have a certificate of Insurance naming, Benton/West City Area Chamber of Commerce, City of Benton, and Franklin County as Additional Insured.  Location will be Capital Park on the Square Benton, IL 62812.  
City permits are not required they are part of your booth rental.
