The 21st Annual Blueberry Festival  *  Saturday, August 8, 2020
Canal Street & Liberty Square, Ellenville, NY • 9 am-4 pm • Rain or Shine

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - THERE ARE A FEW CHANGES THIS YEAR. 
THIS YEAR'S APPLICATION IS ONLINE - A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED.

WE HAVE ADDED FOOD VENDORS TO OUR PRICING PACKAGES. IF YOU ARE SELLING FOOD and/or DRINKS, SUCH AS: LEMONADE, HOT DOGS, SANDWICHES, ICE CREAM ETC. OR PRE-PACKAGED SAUCES, MIXES, CANDY, BAKED GOODS
YOU ARE A FOOD VENDOR.


VENDORS SELLING OR DISPENSING FOOD MUST CONTACT THE ULSTER COUNTY HEALTH DEPT.: (845) 340-3010 IN ADVANCE FOR PROPER FOOD HANDLING INFORMATION & REQUIRED PERMITS. PERMITS ARE NOT ISSUED AT FESTIVAL. THE U.C. HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL CLOSE YOU DOWN IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER PERMITS.


VENDOR INFORMATION: All spaces will be filled on a first come, first paid basis. We will not "hold" a space until payment is received. We do not promise any vendor a specific space, nor do we give any vendor exclusivity of product. We do not provide tents, tables, chairs, or water. For your own comfort and health, bring these with you. Limited spaces with access to electric are available at $30.00 extra per plug-in for the day; you will need to bring your own 50' extension cord. Please decorate with Blueberry/ blue table covers, etc.) as the theme of the day. Best decorated blueberry themed booth will be awarded 1 free space at next year’s festival!

VENDORS/VISITORS: NO DOGS OR ANY OTHER LIVE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED AT THE FESTIVAL.
(WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SERVICE ANIMALS)

NO LOUD MUSIC IS ALLOWED.

VENDOR ADMITTANCE & SET-UP STARTS AT 6:30 AM 
EXCEPT FOR BIG TRUCKS/TRAILERS, WHICH SHOULD ARRIVE AT 6 AM.
ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN ASSIGNED SPACE(S) & ALL VEHICLES MOVED TO DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS BY 8:30 A.M. 

NO BOOTH BREAKDOWNS UNTIL 4 P.M.

VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN GARBAGE...ANY VENDOR WHO LEAVES A MESS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AT NEXT YEAR'S FESTIVAL  -  USE TRASH BINS ON THE STREET + THERE IS A DUMPSTER BEHIND THE HUNT BUILDING.

 
BOOTH SPACE = 10’ wide X 10’ deep No overlapping beyond the assigned space(s) – no partial space fees. Your items/set-up must fit within the space(s) you have paid for. You may purchase multiple spaces. You may not sell or subcontract spaces contracted for.
