2021  FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION
The Blueberry Festival  *  Saturday, August 14, 2021
Canal Street & Liberty Square, Ellenville, NY • 9 am-4 pm • Rain or Shine

 IF YOU ARE SELLING FOOD and/or DRINKS, SUCH AS: LEMONADE, HOT DOGS, SANDWICHES, ICE CREAM ETC. OR PRE-PACKAGED SAUCES, MIXES, CANDY, BAKED GOODS - YOU ARE A FOOD VENDOR.
 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Vendors must have your own insurance coverage for this day, obtaining a certificate of additional insured for the Ellenville-Wawarsing Chamber of Commerce for this day.

 
Food Vendors: You must contact the New York Dept of Health to obtain a (temporary) Food Service Permit, or have a seasonal one in place. It can be requested at: Ulster County Department of Health, 239 Golden Hill Lane, Kingston, NY 12401. Phone: 845-340-3010.
All food vendors are subject to random inspection by the Department of Health Inspector.

All spaces will be filled on a first come, first paid basis. We will not "hold" a space until payment is received. We do not promise any vendor a specific space, nor do we give any vendor exclusivity of product.
We do not provide tents, tables, chairs, or water. For your own comfort and health, bring these with you. Limited spaces with access to electric are available at $30.00 extra per plug-in for the day; you will need to bring your own 50' extension cord. Please decorate with Blueberry/ blue table covers, etc.) as the theme of the day. Best decorated blueberry themed booth will be awarded 1 free space at next year’s festival!

VENDORS/VISITORS: NO DOGS OR ANY LIVE ANIMALS (PETS) ARE ALLOWED AT THE FESTIVAL, NO "THERAPY" PETS. (Only Certified Service Dogs are allowed).

 
NO LOUD MUSIC IS ALLOWED.
 
VENDOR ADMITTANCE & SET-UP FOR BIG TRUCKS/TRAILERS STARTS AT 6 AM -
ALL OTHER VENDORS' SET-UP STARTS AT 6:30 AM.
ALL VENDORS MUST BE IN ASSIGNED SPACE(S) & ALL VEHICLES MOVED TO DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS BY 8:30 AM - NO BOOTH BREAKDOWNS UNTIL 4 PM.

VENDORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN TRASH...ANY VENDOR WHO LEAVES A MESS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AT NEXT YEAR'S FESTIVAL  -  USE TRASH BINS ON THE STREET + THERE IS A DUMPSTER BEHIND THE HUNT BUILDING.

 
BOOTH SPACE = 10’ wide X 10’ deep No overlapping beyond the assigned space(s) – no partial space fees. Your items/set-up must fit within the space(s) you have paid for. You may purchase multiple spaces. You may not sell or subcontract spaces contracted for.

DO NOT SEND IN APPLICATIONS WITHOUT PAYMENT.

FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO SPACE WILL BE RESERVED UNTIL FEES ARE PAID IN FULL.

 ​Required licenses/permits to do business are the sole responsibility of the vendor.
