Your 2020 Vision: Financial Fitness, Personal Fitness (or both) Do you have 2020 Vision? No, not your eyesight, but rather an outlook for this year as it pertains to you personally and professionally. Lori St. Clair, owner of On Target For Profitable Growth, will speak on ways to keep your business financially fit, including good business practices, organization of financial information, along with many other tips for maintaining the health of your business. Corey Lewis, owner of CrossFit Xtra Mile, will encourage us to keep our health and fitness in mind throughout 2020 with tips on workplace fitness, especially those which focus on avoiding the trap of sedentary activity in an office setting.
