Event Description
We are excited to welcome two great women speakers from luncheon sponsor, SSM Health St. Clare Hospital, Pamela Bunting, DO and Abby Meier:
Pamela Bunting, DO - breast fellowship trained surgeon. Dr. Bunting manages all types of breast disease, both benign and malignant. In addition, Dr. Bunting consults with high-risk patients, such as those with a family history of breast cancer or prior breast biopsies showing atypical findings. Dr. Bunting has completed extensive training in Hidden Scar® Breast Cancer Surgery, an advanced approach to removing breast cancer.
Abby Meier, RN, BSN, CN-BN - specializes in breast health with additional certification as a high-risk breast health nurse navigator. Her special medical interests include providing education and guidance to both patients and clinicians in the areas of breast cancer risk and screening and hereditary breast cancer.
*** COVID-19 Precautions ***
With the rise of COVID-19 cases in the area, we ask that all attendees wear their masks when not eating or drinking. This is especially important when up and walking around or when speaking with others in close proximity.
*** New Networking Time ***
Networking time starts at 10:30am, giving attendees a full hour to network before the luncheon program begins at 11:30am. We welcome anyone who can come at that time to do so. It is, of course, optional but we are excited to be able to give this opportunity to attendees, members and guests alike.
