The Highland Chamber of Commerce is pleased to bring "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" to the streets of Highland. Come out to see the beautiful "lighted" floats our organizations and businesses create to portray the theme for 2018. When the parade reaches its final destination on the square, join us we will once again turn the lights on for the Christmas Season with an exciting new program!
