FOOD VENDORS
Chamber Members $120 / Non-Chamber Members $175
Registration deadline is 5 pm May 30th. No applications will be accepted after the deadline. To reserve your space, the application, payment in full and all required documents (as applicable) must be received.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check and credit/debit card. A fee of 3.99% is applied to credit/debit payments. All payments are non-refundable except in cases where an application is not approved.
Food vendors are subject to Arizona and Mohave County health code requirements. All prepackaged foods must follow the Arizona Department of Health Services labeling requirements.

The Kingman Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to accept or deny any submitted Rhythm & Brews Festival application at its sole discretion.
