Business Expo Rules & Registration Form
Cancelations and Refunds:
In the event of cancelation by the Quad Area Chamber a voucher will be issued for the 2020 Business Expo.
If the exhibitor is unable to participate in the Expo for any reason after being accepted by the Quad Area Chamber of Commerce, a voucher will be given for the 2020 expo, provided notification has been given by 10 am. Saturday, July 20th.
Set Up Time:
All exhibitors must be completely set up by 11a.m. on Saturday, July 20th, 2019. Electric Outlets will NOT be available. Participants may provide their own canopy, table & chairs. Space will be assigned on a 1st come, 1st served basis. The QUAD AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HAS THE RIGHT TO ASK PARTICIPANTS TO RELOCATE IF NECESSARY.
Use of Space:
Exhibitors may not sublet, assign or apportion any part of their assigned space. Please leave your space in the same condition in which you found it and properly dispose of all trash.
Exhibit Removal:
All exhibits must remain fully set up until the end of the Expo at 4 p.m. Anyone who attempts to close or leave early will not be welcomed back to participate in future expos with out the consent of the QACC.
Exclusivity:
Certain home-based businesses require or prefer only 1 representative of a product/service at the show. The Quad Area Chamber will honor such requests for certain businesses on a 1st paid registration basis.
Prizes or Raffle Drawings:
You are welcome to conduct your own event at your booth. We recommend you display the time you plan to select your winner(s). This helps visitors plan and stay longer.
MN Sales Tax:
The exhibitor is solely responsible for the collection and payment of all sales tax as required by law. Quad Area Chamber of Commerce assumes no responsibility for the collection of any sales tax.
Liability:
Quad Area Chamber of Commerce & City of Centerville or Centerville Lions shall not be liable for damage to any exhibitors property due to theft, fire, accident or any other cause, whether the result of negligence or otherwise. The exhibitor shall indemnify Quad Area Chamber of Commerce, City of Centerville & Centerville Lions and hold it harmless from any complaints, suits or liabilities resulting from the exhibitors use of their space. Quad Area Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from the use or misuse of any exhibitors merchandise.
THE QUAD AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE RESERVES THE RIGHT OF FINAL DECISIONS IN RULES INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
