Event Registration - Queen Creek Chamber of Commerce.

The Chamber will provide a business address and facilities at its premises currently located at 22246 S. Ellsworth Rd., Queen Creek, AZ 85142 for the receipt of professional mail as further described herein (the "Mail Services").
Chamber will accept delivery of Participant’s business mail at the Premises. Participant may collect mail at the Premises during Chamber’s regular business hours or arrangements may be made to collect mail at other times, at Chamber’s discretion. Participant may authorize, in writing, one or more other individuals to collect Participant’s mail. Chamber shall have no responsibility for mail collected by an individual so designated by Participant. Chamber is not liable for the loss or theft of any item from the Premises.
Participant is responsible for taking any and all actions necessary to direct Participant's business mail to the Premises and to redirect Participant's mail to another address at the end of the Term. Chamber will not be responsible for Participant's mail delivered to the Premises after the end of the Term or upon cancelation of this Agreement.
