You are invited to join us in marking a historical milestone in Rancho Cordova: Mather Airfield is celebrating its 100th anniversary!  Rancho Cordova Leadership Class XII wanted to do a project that would commemorate the special occasion and honor our veterans.  We have engaged Victoria Smith, a Rancho Cordova artist whose father was stationed at Mather, to create four, 4 foot x 8 foot murals, with each mural depicting a quarter century of history at Mather.  It is our plan to unveil these murals in September at the California Capital Airshow and then they will be permanently installed at Mather Veteran's Village. You or your company will be a visible, lasting part of this centennial celebration by becoming a proud sponsor of a visual display.  

• We are Leadership Rancho Cordova Class XII.  The mission of Leadership Rancho Cordova is to develop community leaders, activists, visionaries and advocates dedicated to the future of Rancho Cordova through all levels of community engagement.

• Each year the Leadership Class selects a project for the benefit of the city of Rancho Cordova. Leadership Rancho Cordova Class XII has chosen to celebrate our community’s history by installing a visual display that tells the story of the 100 years at Mather Field.
