Christmas on the Square will be held on Friday, November 30th & Saturday, December 1st. We will have over 300 craft and food vendors with approximately 20,000 people in attendance. For more information please call 386-362-3071.

Rules: Please read the following carefully
1. NO booth spaces will be assigned without a current copy of your Florida State Sales Tax Certificate. For information or to obtain a certificate please contact the Florida Department of Revenue (386-758-0420).
2. Please check your availability for this event, once you have signed up for this event there will be NO REFUNDS under any circumstances.
3. Please make sure that the phone numbers and address that you put on your application are the best way to contact you in the event of any changes. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect phone numbers or addresses.
4. Handmade and commercial items are accepted in this show.
5. All applications must include every item listed in the application checklist. It is your responsibility to email to staff@suwanneechamber.com or mail the information to Suwannee County Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Drawer C, Live Oak, FL 32064.
6. Guide wires and canopies cannot impede the flow of traffic or interfere with other exhibitors.
7. Skirt all displays and remove all visible packing for the show.
8. Each participant is responsible for his or her own tables and set-up.
9. Keep your area clean and remove all trash to dumpsters upon closing.
10. NO vehicles are permitted in the show area prior to the Department of Transportation closing the roads and placing the barricades.
11. TEAR-DOWN IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE BOOTH AREA BEFORE 4:00 PM ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2018. **PLEASE NOTE** AT 4:00 PM THERE IS STILL FOOT TRAFFIC IN THE BOOTH AREA, EXTREME CAUTION MUST BE USED WHEN ENTERING WITH A VEHICLE. IF A VENDOR IS RECKLESS, LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL REMOVE YOU FROM THE AREA.
12. Set up times are to be discussed with the event coordinator and must be adhered to.
13. Every effort will be made to assign vendors to requested spaces. However, spaces are on a first come, first serve basis. The event coordinators reserve the right to assign or move vendor spaces as needed for the benefit of the show.
FOOD VENDORS must adhere to the rules listed above and the additional rules listed below:
14. All food vendors MUST have a generator. Electricity is not guaranteed.
15. NO EQUIPMENT PULLING OVER 20 AMPS PER BOOTH IS ALLOWED. NO SPLICING OR STRIPS!!
16. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
Vendors violating these rules will NOT be allowed to participate in future events.
17. **PLEASE NOTE** OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE VENDOR ENTRY SUBMISSIONS TO CHRISTMAS ON THE SQUARE. IF YOUR APPLICATION IS DENIED, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED AND ANY FUNDS PAID WILL BE REFUNDED.
