Event Description
Optimism 101

When organizations go through periods of change, employees can often feel challenged and even frustrated. How do you remain optimistic during times of change? What strategies will help you boost morale? How do you stay positive, even if change is not taking place?

Optimism 101 will provide you with tips to foster optimism and a tool kit to navigate change. The session will give you an opportunity stretch your thinking and move forward.
