Building Amazing Customer Relations
You know what good customer service feels like when it happens, but do you know how to plan for it? Come hear a representative from the Better Business Bureau of MN and ND discuss a research report entitled the 5 Gestures of Trust and how it can help you create positive relationships with your customers as well as provide a framework for evaluating complaints and creating better policies. We will practice examining real complaints through this lens and you will hear about the BBB’s complaint handling process as well. This is an interactive presentation that will allow you to put your new knowledge into practice right away.

Zeta Kilbride (zeta.kilbride@thefirstbbb.org) grew up in Grand Forks, ND until the age of 16 when she moved to the twin cities, St Paul to be exact. She attended the University of MN and San Francisco State University and holds a Master’s degree in Science Education. She has worked in various positions in the field of education for the past 8 years and has been the Manager of Outreach and Education for the Better Business Bureau of MN and ND since September of 2018. One of her personal objectives in this position is expand the BBB’s service to North Dakotans by providing more outreach and educational offerings to the people of this state.
