Gens Y & Z: the big shift
Have you ever noticed how the generation currently in charge has few positive things to say about the generations coming up?  Much has been said regarding Generation Y, the Millennials, and much of it has not been very positive.  Too bad, because by watching the generations before them, Gen Y learned much about what is and is not important in life.  Gen Y developed different values and is pursuing them.  As is often the case, the younger are misunderstood by the older because of differing value systems.

Now, here comes the next generation, Gen Z or the “iGen.”  There has been very little negativity about this generation so far, and for good reasons.  This is the most exciting “generational reboot” to emerge so far, and they have the potential to positively shake-up everyone’s status quo.

In this keynote experience, you will explore the distinctive differences of these two dominant workforce generations, including the many positives and few negatives.  You will gain understanding into how their strengths can be identified and utilized for the benefit of the enterprise and the community.  The takeaways will include understanding more about how to engage the newest generations, to leverage their strengths, and to not get left in the generational dust.
