At this interactive meeting you will learn the important work that our school and college's career pathways programs are doing and how they work together with the private sector to address current workforce needs. The pipeline work from the schools needs input from private sector businesses from small retail to large manufacturers. We will hear from Deb McMillian, Director, Center for Workforce Solutions for the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce and learn more about your local chamber's role in solving our workforce issues.
