About the Presentation:
How we show up in our conversations ultimately communicates our trustworthiness, sincerity, and genuineness. Conscientious, intentional conversations build trust that is needed for synergistic teams, employee engagement, loyalty, and communication effectiveness.
How we show up in our conversations determines our relational connection to those around us. Our presence and words are experienced by others––and when we are sincere and authentic, we increase our ability to develop relationships and increase our influence.
While conversation is considered a soft skill, it is by no means a soft approach to leadership and decision making. It is, in contrast, one of the strongest marks of skilled leadership.
In a world that needs to experience trust, skilled communication is of utmost importance, and the ability to create environments and cultures in which people can thrive, be heard, and be valued is crucial.
We will explore:

• Developing the Crucial Connection in Conversation
• Your Conversation Brand
In this presentation, Mary addresses the conversation elements necessary for effective conversation, and you will leave with suggestions that can be applied immediately.
