2018 Vendor Registration - Santa & Grinch Holiday Bazaar

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Event Description
Holiday Market during the Santa & Grinch Holiday Bazaar.  We will do our best to limit brands to one vendor each.  For example, one Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Thirty one, etc.  We will offer set up the day of (11/16) from 4-5:45 PM.  If you set up the day of the event you must be completed by 8:45AM.  We will need to break down and clear the room by 1PM.  Event runs from 9AM-1PM, breakdown can start promptly at 1PM.

A 6' table will be provided, unless you have notified us otherwise.  There is very limited power availability.  If you need special requirements, please contact me directly so that we can accommodate you.

*Requirement this year.  We are asking all vendors to provide a bagged goodie from your company/brand. It can be whatever you want with your logo on the bag (or drawn on the bag).  We will have donation tickets and choose winners for each of the items. We will pass along to you who the winners are after they are drawn. If you have questions on this, please let me know.  Thank you so much!*

During this event, we plan to offer free breakfast provided by McDonalds Hwy 378 while it lasts. Pictures with Santa and the Grinch and crafts for the kids to keep them busy while the parents shop are also planned. Payments for vendor space are non-refundable and event is rain or shine.
