Join us for an honest and encouraging conversation centered around mental wellness and the importance of caring for ourselves holistically. Through guided discussion and a personalized Wellness Wheel exercise, attendees will have the opportunity to reflect on different areas of wellness—including emotional, physical, social, occupational, and financial well-being—and identify where they may need more balance, support, or intention.
This interactive session is designed to provide practical perspective, meaningful conversation, and simple takeaways that can support both personal well-being and professional growth.
