What Happens After You Nominate

Each nomination is reviewed by the Chamber. Once confirmed, the nominated business or individual will be contacted and recognized for their exceptional customer service.

A representative from the Chamber will visit the business to personally present a Service with a Smile certificate, celebrating their commitment to creating a welcoming customer experience.

As an added thank-you, all confirmed nominees for the current month will be entered into a monthly draw for a $50 gift card to a local business. One winner will be selected each month from that month’s nominations.
