We invite you to be a part of Highland's Annual Street Art Festival! This unique event is an opportunity for you to share your talent and enthusiasm in creating a work of art using chalk as your medium for a strolling audience.

This event is free to artists who are drawing. The Highland Chamber of Commerce will supply the chalk, carpet pads to kneel on, wet wipes and a Square Sponsor.

Artwork is judged using a point system with points assigned based on originality, complexity, meaning, emotion, finish and overall impression.

Artists are divided into categories based on age and experience.

Prizes will be awarded to the top 2 winners in each of the following categories:
Professional, Amateur over the age of 24, Age 18-23, and Age 14-18.

A cash prize will also be awarded to (3) Award of Merit winners and the Best of Show winner.
