The Urban Chamber of Commerce Virtual Office Space is designed for entrepreneurs and small businesses seeking a professional presence, mail handling support, and access to meeting spaces during normal business hours.
What’s Included
Business License Display: Ability to hang one (1) business license on the premises
Mail Receipt & Holding: Urban Chamber staff will receive and hold mail for up to 30 days, available for pickup during normal business hours
Training Room Access (Suite 30):
• 600 sq. ft. room, accommodates up to 29 people
• Equipped with PC, smartboard, 5.0GHz Wi-Fi, and conference line
Conference Room Access (Suite 26):
• 72 sq. ft. room, supports meetings up to 8 people
• Equipped with 5.0GHz Wi-Fi and conference phone line
Access Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, excluding holidays
How It Works
After purchase, Urban Chamber staff will follow up to confirm details, provide guidelines, and coordinate access and scheduling. A Virtual Tenant lease agreement will be provided after payment is received and must be completed prior to activation of services. Ongoing participation includes a recurring fee of $50 per month, billed moving forward according to the established billing schedule.
Important Notes
Room usage is subject to availability and scheduling. Virtual Tenant Space does not include dedicated or exclusive office space. Participation in the Virtual Tenant program is contingent upon execution of the lease agreement and maintaining active monthly billing status.
