Welcome to Bombay Cafe, a culinary journey steeped in tradition and innovation. Founded in 2009 by the esteemed international artist Shazad Sheikh and his family, our story began in the vibrant city of St. George, Utah, USA.
With a vision to share the rich flavors of Indian cuisine with the community, we soon expanded our horizons, opening our second location in Cedar City, Utah, in 2015. Our commitment to excellence and passion for authentic flavors propelled us forward, leading to the establishment of our third location in Mesquite, Nevada, in 2021.
