About Us

I am Richard Stockton the State Farm Insurance Agent for Plumas County.  I first moved to the Plumas County area in 1964.  I graduated from QHS, spent six (6) yrs in the United States Air Force and Graduated with a Business Degree from Calif State University Chico.  I took over the State Farm office from my father who was the agent for 30 yrs. I joined State Farm 1988.  I am currently the President of Quincy Rotary.  I spent 17 yrs with Quincy Fire Dept as a Capt.  My wife Karen and I love this community and we are active in many ways.  Please call if we may be of assistance.
