Founded by Patrick and Amanda King, our food cart nestled in the heart of Garibaldi, Oregon, embodies a culmination of years of dedication and a shared love for great food and the great outdoors. Our journey began long before our February 2023 launch date, as we meticulously planned and curated our menu to reflect our combined experiences and culinary expertise.
Patrick and Amanda's story intertwines with the vibrant culinary scene of Portland, where they first met and fell in love at a waterfront restaurant in 2011. Their subsequent adventures took them through the kitchens of some of the city's most renowned establishments, honing their skills while nurturing their mutual passion for outdoor activities like camping, fishing, and foraging. Settling in Tillamook a few years ago, they found solace in coastal living, which not only provided a backdrop for their beloved pastimes but also served as the perfect setting to realize their dream of entrepreneurship.
