I'm Mike Wilson, the owner of Lead On Purpose Coaching. As a leadership and executive coach, each client is my focus and agenda. I help clients create an extraordinary business, career, and life. I help business owners, executives, and leaders to lead their life and business more purposefully and passionately, by helping them get unstuck, increase energy, sustain action, and realize their life, career and business dreams.

My coaching philosophy is informed by iPEC's Core Energy Coaching, accepted by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the leading global organization for coaching standards and certification. My philosophy and methodology are also informed by many years in leadership roles with the Arbinger Institute and Crucial Learning and my experience as a business owner, leader, executive, top sales producer, and human.
