The idea for Dan’s Handyman Services started with a knack for being handy. Dan made a deal with the landlord of his first home, described as a “handyman’s special,” to do the work of fixing up the place in exchange for a break on the rent. Word soon spread about the quality of Dan’s work. This led to further work throughout the area, including several years spent working as an apartment manager. It wasn’t long before Dan had the idea to apply his skills and experience to launch what would become a successful business in 1983.
Born and raised in Utah, Dan has a strong worth ethic based on honest work at a fair price. This approach to doing business is what sets us apart from other contractors. Today, Dan’s Handyman Services has cultivated a reputation for providing prompt, affordable service with the attention to detail you only get from a locally owned and operated business.
