LifeROOTS is a nonprofit organization empowering individuals with disabilities and extra needs through lifelong support, workforce development, and inclusive employment. Founded in 1958 and headquartered in Albuquerque, we proudly serve clients across New Mexico by offering professional janitorial services, floor and carpet cleaning, and power washing—all while creating meaningful job opportunities for adults with disabilities.
Our dynamic programs offer hands-on job training, personalized coaching, and community-based support to help individuals build confidence, independence, and long-term success. Through supported employment, veteran-focused initiatives, and skills development, we empower adults with disabilities to thrive in the workforce.
