Centrally located in Broken Bow, Marsh Law Office assists clients throughout Nebraska in business and personal matters as well as all areas of family, and civil law. Marsh Law Office is a full service law firm: we practice in numerous areas of law and are pleased to help clients with referrals to other professionals when a particular matter requires special expertise. Founded by Steven Stumpff in 1974, the firm has served Nebraska businesses and families for more than four decades, continually expanding through the years with Cheryl Marsh joining the practice in 1993. After Steve’s retirement, the firm would ultimately become Marsh Law Office. Our attorneys are expertly assisted by Paralegal, Bonnie Will; Paralegal, Jacie Bates, Paralegal/bookkeeper, Nicole Schmidt and Bookkeeper Tracy Sartin-Wirth.
As the firm has grown our basic values have remained the same. We believe that the law should be practiced with honesty and integrity. We support our community. We are committed to achieving the best results for our clients over the long-term and take great pride in our relationships with our clients, often assisting families across multiple generations.
