The photos he sumitted are a wonderful tribute to a visitors experience of Lake Almanor. Additional photos submitted by Rick can be viewed on our Photo Album. "Evening Ski", a photo of Rick skiing, was a close second in the contest. read more... A Job Well Done! Our Summer Youth Jobs Program has come to an end. We are proud of the students in the program and the wonderful contribution they have made to Chester. When you see Sarah Tow, Seyonna Hedrick, Nick Griffith, Keith Weyburn and Chris Cucinotta around town, give them a high five and a "Job well done!". We especially thank their Supervisor DeDe Petersen. DeDe's caring for these five young men and women and passion for our Next Stop, Chester project made ours a model project for the Summer Youth Jobs program. read more...
