As a Fence Installer, you will work on a variety of fencing projects—from chain link and ornamental iron to wood, vinyl, and high-security systems. This is a physically active, hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in a job well done.

What You Will Do:

Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment for transport to job sites
Install fences to specification, ensuring quality, durability, and safety
Dig post holes using hand tools or power augers
Set and align posts securely in concrete
Attach fencing materials (chain link, panels, rails, etc.) with precision
Operate basic power tools and equipment (saws, drills, grinders, levels)
Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, or work instructions
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with foremen
Follow all safety protocols and procedures at all times


Qualifications:
What We Are Looking For:

Experience in fence installation, construction, or general labor (preferred)
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first mindset
Valid drivers license (preferred)
Ability to pass a background check (required for certain projects)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
