About Us

Aspen Gold Consulting is a boutique management consulting firm that helps organizations make work work better. We partner with leaders and teams to improve how work actually gets done — across people, processes, and systems — so organizations can operate with greater clarity, effectiveness, and sustainability.

Our work is grounded in research and focused on practice. We help organizations understand where friction shows up in day-to-day work, build effective managers and teams, and design systems and processes that support people rather than getting in their way. Services include people and process diagnostics, manager and team skill development, collaboration and decision-making support, and people-centered process and systems design.

Aspen Gold was founded by Jessica Kirk, PhD, MBA, PMP, who brings more than 20 years of experience across engineering, management research, higher education, and consulting. Her background includes systems engineering at Boeing, an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, a PhD in Management from the University of Colorado Boulder, and partnerships with organizations ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 companies.

Based in the St. Louis region, Aspen Gold Consulting works with organizations navigating growth, change, or increasing complexity. Our approach blends systems thinking, human-centered design, and evidence-based management to create practical improvements that fit the realities of how organizations operate.
