2026 Business & Leadership Symposium

The Business & Leadership Symposium brings together business owners, entrepreneurs, managers, and community leaders for a half-day experience focused on leadership, opportunity, and the future of business in our region.

This year’s program delivers valuable insights and inspiring stories designed to help leaders navigate challenges, make better decisions, and move their organizations forward.

Attendees will hear the latest Tri County Economic Report, learn about the future of the Uintah Railway, and gain practical leadership insight from a session titled: From the Frontline to the Corner Office: What Scares You in Business and the Moves to Beat It

We will also feature the winners of this year's Uintah Speed Pitch, highlighting innovative ideas and entrepreneurs shaping our local economy.

Keynote Speaker: Aron Ralston

Adventurer, motivational speaker, and the inspiration behind the film 127 Hours, Aron Ralston will share his powerful story of survival, resilience, and determination. His message challenges audiences to confront obstacles, take decisive action, and lead with courage.
