The National Fire Protection Association's (NFPA) Firewise USA Program encourages local solutions for safety by
involving homeowners in taking individual responsibility for preparing their homes from the risk of wildfire. Firewise
is a key component of Fire Adapted Communities or a collaborative approach that connects all those who play
a role in wildfire education, planning, and action with comprehensive resources to help reduce risk. To save lives and property from wildfire, NFPA's Firewise USA program teaches people how to adapt to living with wildfire and encourages neighbors to work together and take action now to prevent losses. Feather River Trout Unlimited and the Feather River College Foundation present The 2026 Fly Fishing Film Tour on April 1 at the Town Hall Theatre.Join us for a night of fun, fishing films, and fundraising. In addition to the film screenings, we'll be raffling off a fly rod, as well as some other fly fishing gear and swag. All proceeds will go to benefit the Feather River College Fly Fishing Club.
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased in advance from Plumas Arts. Each movie ticket will include one raffle ticket, with additional tickets available for $1 each. Entry is free for FRC students!
Doors at 6pm
Films begin at 6:30pm
