The station is owned by the CBS Television Stations subsidiary of ViacomCBS, as part of a duopoly with Sacramento-licensed CW owned-and-operated station KMAX-TV.

Our District is an unfunded Special District in Plumas County serving the Lake Almanor Basin communities by producing community events and programs, as well as capital projects focusing on recreation, parks and trails. We operate the Truman Collins Sports Complex to promote Youth Sports. We operate out an office building at 102 Meadowbrook Loop, Chester, CA 96020, located west of the Truman Collins Complex. Staffed office hours are 9 am - 2 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
