I have over 25 years of management experience in education, real estate, and private asset management. I served as the senior level manager for a multi-state organization with over 120 employees.
In 1995, I opened Arizona's first Core Knowledge School chartered by the Arizona Department of Education. I have won numerous awards for public speaking, and have instructed for the University of Phoenix Undergraduate Business and Management program.
I have three times received Toastmasters International Leadership Excellence award, and have volunteered as a leader and mentor for eighteen years.
I earned my doctorate in leadership from the University of Phoenix with my study of the leadership experiences of military veterans in Arizona schools.
Having published LEADERS IN TRANSITION in 2012, I am working on original research for future publication, answering the question, "How do leadership skills help a person to be successful?" I am also writing about entrepreneurship.
