Philosophy: I'm a firm believer in helping people, either with projects, connecting people, or relieving physical pain. I listen to what the client wants, and I deliver it for a fulfilling, refreshing massage.
I originally started my life out wanting to be an accountant and was one for two years at small CPA firms. But something was always missing. I knew I loved to massage people; ever since I was a child, I'd massage my family members all the time. After my job ended, I decided to take the leap and go to massage school. I ended up at the wonderful Healing Arts Institute in Citrus Heights, CA, where I learned to do Therapeutic massage and chair massage. Later I took a Cupping Massage class, which I loved, and now incorporate that into my work.
In my spare time, I love to crochet, I finally got to join the Crochet Guild of Sacramento! I love hanging out with my husband, and my dog, and seeing my nieces when I go visit my family.

Leona LaRochelle has been in business since graduating from Fair Oaks Massage Institute in 2011, and receiving her State Certification from California Massage Therapy Council in 2012. She is also a practitioner listed on the American Specialty Health Group Network. In October of 2013 she became a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Council on Strength & Fitness. In June of 2014, Leona acquired Certified Medical Massage Practitioner with LMT Success Group. On August 23, 2015, she completed more studies in Myofascial Release. Leona works with clients needing medical massage.
