We know you have many choices when choosing a family physician, so we made requesting an appointment a simple process available online or by phone. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing:
We DO NOT accept insurance or insurance plans. We offer a discounted rate for "fee for service". We can give you a specialized bill to file with your insurance company. You will know exactly what your bill will be BEFORE you are seen and every step of the way.
Payment Options:
