Millie's Pizzeria is a classic Italian-American family restaurant and wine bar, created through a collaboration between Luis Mendez (Bucatini Ristorante) and Benton Bourgeois (Jojo's Beloved Cocktail Lounge). The new brand is a standalone component of the food hall Politan Row at The Forum announced last year. The menu features simple pizzas, meatballs in red sauce, cacio e pepe, and a charcuterie program, along with salads and kids' offerings.
