It's All an Experiment: Best Practices for Creating a Balanced Life

Do your days feel too busy? Do you yearn for some breathing space in your life? Are you sacrificing things (or relationships) in the name of professionalism?

If so, you are not along. We all feel the heat to get more done, be more involved, and the pull of the latest 'productivity system' guaranteed to make a super-productive hero of us. In reality, there is not a one-size-fits all system for tackling our do lists and honoring our commitments, it's a process of experimentation, reflection, tweaking, and letting go.

In addition to sharing a vast collection of best practices for getting it all done, Entrepreneur and business owner, Kristina Ender will present a simple process for discerning what's working for you, what's not, and knowing when to let a practice go because it simply doesn't fit you. "Owning my own businesses for 6+ years has taught me that managing my commitments and time is a continual process of experimentation and evaluation. Some tactics work, others don't and I have to be willing to let go of what's not serving me or my business."

Kristina will share the process she currently uses to manage her commitments as well as tactics from her clients and vast professional network. You'll hear about numerous, simple, easy to deploy practices to stay on top of your commitments and nurture a sense of calm. There's no silver bullet when it comes to creating ease and balance, it takes practice and you'll leave this presentation with your own unique short list of 3 super-charged tactics to start practicing.

BIO: Kristina is a dog-loving people person who meditates and is learning to do hand stands. She buys herself flowers, knows thoughts become things, paddles a solo canoe, can live happily in 100 square feet, and knows it's all possible. She tries, fails, learns, breaths, and succeeds every day.
