Dr. John Bedwinek will share information on the newest technology at St. Clare Health Center, the "Cyber Knife".
Board-certified in radiation oncology, Dr. John Bedwinek is a graduate of Columbia University, served his residency at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, and completed his fellowship at the prestigious M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. His academic appointments include an Associate Professor of Radiology at Washington University School of Medicine and Clinical Professor of Radiation Oncology at St. Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Bedwinek specializes in CyberKnife treatment and prostate cancer and has authored more than 60 articles and book chapters. He has been on the “America’s Best Doctors” list since its inception in 1997. Dr. Bedwinek also was named by Good Housekeeping magazine as one of “America’s Top Breast Cancer Doctors.”
