Topic: "Get the Facts: Understand the Changing labor Market and Workforce Resources"
Minnesota's labor market is changing quickly, from industry growth to workforce distribution. Tim O'Neill, Twin Cities Regional Analyst from the Department of Employment and Economic Development will be helping us better understand the current and future labor market. Being able to have a complete picture of any organizations most valued resources, its employees -- is the first step for businesses to position themselves for future success.
