The mission of the White Bear Area Chamber of Commerce Business Education Task Force is to serve as a link between business and the education community to ensure a high caliber workforce in the White Bear area.
 

The White Bear Area Chamber has launched a plan for a Business /Education Partnership initiative for 2017. Stacy Stout, Minnesota Chamber's Director of Education & Workforce Development, will share with us what other Chambers across the state are doing to address this important issue.

This open-ended discussion is for all chamber and community members to discuss labor shortage issues and how to increase partnerships between our area educators and employers. Ideas for the initiatives include, but are not limited to: educational curriculums, internships, career fairs, soft skills training, business classroom speakers, etc.

All are welcome and please come with your human resource issues, concerns and ideas that are necessary for you to achieve a maximized and skilled workforce.
