The OSU Memorial Union Quad will host the “Where It’s At: Beaver Community Fair” on Friday, Oct 1 from 12:00-4:00p.m. Annually, this event draws together 2000+ Beaver Community members to celebrate the start of another academic year. Two hundred and twenty five different booths; 140 OSU departments and student clubs/organizations, 25 Non Profit Organizations and 60 Corvallis community agencies and businesses, provide information on services, products and involvement opportunities.
The “Where It’s At: Beaver Community Fair” is a partnership between the Corvallis-Benton Chamber Coalition and OSU’s Student Leadership and Involvement, Student Events and Activities Program. These organizations share responsibility and spend countless hours coordinating participation, mapping and day of event responsibilities. This event creates a starting place every year for the important relationships that will be called upon time and time again by students seeking to be connected in community and serves as a fund-raiser for both organizations as a base for future programming.

You will receive two free booths (a $650 value) and choice of locations. Your company’s logo will appear on the event banner that hangs outside the Chamber office. Business spotlight article with picture on homepage of the Chamber’s website and link to the newsroom of 300 words to run one week before and after the event. Your business logo will be cited on the following promotional materials: -Event flyer -Chamber e-newsletter (circulation of approximately 1300) -Chamber website homepage with a link to your website -Online registration form and calendar of events (value: $80/mo.) -Corvallis Gazette-Times ads. Company name in the event announcement in the Gazette-Times In Business magazine (circulation approximately 12,000 per month.
