Restaurant Registration for Taste of the Town

Event Description
13th Annual Taste of the Town.  Restaurants are invited to participate in this upcoming event on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the California Army Mational Guard  1351 Sierra madre Ave., Azusa 91702

Restaurants must arrive by 4:00pm and be ready to start serving at 5;00 pm when the doors open.  You will be provided with a table and two chairs.

Restaurants will receive 3 wristbands for employees all others will have to pay ticket price.

Please prepare 500 samples size servings of two items that best represent your establishment.  We also recommend you bring marketing material to hand our during the event.
