Duarte Mayor Tzeitel Paras Caracci will share her insight into the state of affairs in these challenging times. There will be time for questions and answers after the presentation. Following the program there will be a mixer/networking social in the Duarte City Hall Courtyard. Hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be provided. The cost is $10 per person.
