After three years of tremendous growth at their current location, Z Total Body will be moving to a new, bigger and better location! The new facility is located inside the Xtreme Krav Maga building at Gravois Bluffs. To celebrate, Z Total will be hosting an Open House from Noon to 2:00 pm on April 25th, including a Ribbon Cutting scheduled for 12:30 pm. Hope to see you there!
