Please join us at our November "Before Hours" event. This member event will be held from 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM at Planet Fitness in Cayce. A Planet Fitness Trainer will coach us through a 30 minute effective, full-body workout in the circuit training room. Bagels, coffee, showers, and locker rooms will be available to you during your visit. This will be a workout event from 7:30 AM - 8 AM with breakfast and networking to follow.
