Whether you’re in it to win or just along for the fun, Trivia Night is a meaningful way to give back while enjoying a high-energy, feel-good evening with friends, coworkers, and fellow community members. Bragging rights are on the line—and so is the future of our local students! We'll have plenty of snacks and beverages are included: wine, beer, soda, water. Of course, attendees are always welcome to bring their own food. There will be several raffles and other opportunities to win some great prizes!
We are looking for sponsors, donors, attendees and volunteers! There are sponsor packages starting at just $100, many of which include event attendees, advertising and promotion in coordination with the event. Donations are accepted for prizes as well as for raffles or silent auction items. Volunteers are vital to the event's success! Help us make this year a sold out fundraiser which supports our ability to carry out the mission of the Fenton Chamber.

If your business serves consumers—or if new residents and homeowners are part of your target audience—this is the perfect opportunity introduce your business to new families as they settle into the community or highlight your business to residents who are actively looking for trusted local providers. Even better, this mailing will be delivered in early December, making it an ideal time to promote holiday specials, gift ideas, seasonal services, or year-end offers.
The Fenton Area Chamber of Commerce will be distributing our “Welcome Packet” to new residents in Fenton, Valley Park, High Ridge, and Sunset Hills, offering excellent visibility across our community.
Participating is simple: just drop off 200 flyers at the Chamber office or email us a PDF file for printing (details below) by the deadline. We’ll handle the rest!
Space is limited, and only 20 advertising spots are available. Be sure to secure your spot and either drop off or send PDF by the deadline.

The Fenton Chamber is bringing the connection closer to you with our monthly In Your Neighborhood events! Designed to meet members where they are, this program takes us on the road to local businesses throughout Fenton and surrounding communities—spotlighting our members and strengthening relationships along the way. Each month, we pop into a different “neighborhood” for breakfast, lunch, or after-hours networking at a Chamber member location. These relaxed, come-and-go gatherings make it easy to connect with Chamber staff, meet fellow members, and build relationships with nearby business owners you might not see at other events.
While all are welcome, we make a point to personally invite members and prospective members who live or work nearby—creating a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere that’s all about connection, visibility, and support. Come support a local business, grow your network, and be part of what makes our business community thrive… one neighborhood at a time!
No event fee; attendees pay their own way
